There are 99 stops on the Metrolink network, all stops have step free access, but some rely on lifts/escalators. All of our lifts and escalators are working, with the exception of the below.

Bury tram stop
The escalator to exit Bury Metrolink stop is currently out of service. Please use the steps or follow the signage for the lift from platform level to the Interchange.
Firswood tram stop
The lift on the East Didsbury/Airport bound platform at Firswood tram stop is currently out of service.
For customers travelling towards East Didsbury or Airport, step-free access is via lift from the Manchester bound platform and use the track crossing to the opposite platform.

Hollinwood tram stop
The lift on the inbound platform at Hollinwood tram stop is currently out of service.
For customers travelling towards Manchester, step free access is via lift from Hudson Street to the Oldham bound platform and use the track crossing to the Manchester bound platform.

Pomona tram stop
The lift at Pomona is currently out of service.
Customers requiring step-free access should telephone the Metrolink contact centre before they travel for additional journey planning support or use the customer service help point on-stop.

Piccadilly tram stop
The escalator to exit Piccadilly Metrolink stop to the city centre or mainline station is currently out of service. Please follow the signage for the lift from platform level to the mezzanine and mainline station.

The lift on the Altrincham bound platform at Timperley tram stop is currently out of service.
Customers requiring step-free access should telephone the Metrolink contact centre before they travel for additional journey planning support or use the customer service help point on-stop.
